Scheduled to open in 2012, the Technology Park will be located at the Pedro Arauz Palacios campus.

New Laboratory to Improve Coffee Production

The lab is the largest and most modern in Central America for in vitro propagation of coffee by somatic embryogenesis.

It is located in Santa Barbara, Honduras and required an investment of $1 million. It was constructed with fund contributions from the Millennium Account-Honduras and the Honduran Coffee Institute.
