Approximately 5,300 m2 of office space will be created on two floors with 2,300 m2 on the fourth floor and 2,100 on the seventh.
The Multicentro Corporativo offices will form part of a shopping mall complex with the same name located in Desamparados, Costa Rica.
Spokesperson for Multicentro, Eduardo Feoli, commented to Elfinancierocr.com that, "the idea came from a market study carried out that showed a large untapped skilled workforce in the area combined with a lack of office space in the south of the capital".

By early November 2011 the expansion work of the Desamparados Multicenter will be done.
The new stage adds 23,500 meters to the current complex along with 60 new shops, department stores and dining areas.
