$80 Million Trust for Hospital Construction

Authorities are working on the technical specifications of the new complex, known as "Torre de la Esperanza", and expect to have them ready by June. After this, they will invite companies to bid on designing the blueprints of the facility.

"This will require between six and eight months, after that we will invite bids for the construction", stated Luis Gamboa, head of the Association for the Children's Hospital. "Construction is expected to start on 2012 and end in 2014".
