BNCR Branch Tender for $ 2.6 million

The National Bank of Costa Rica (BNCR) has put out to tender the construction of a new building in Naranjo.

The new structure will be located on land owned by the National Bank, situated in the canton of Naranjo, Alajuela province, across from the southwest corner of the park.

The contract comprises all the works necessary for the construction with the full scope described in the construction plans and specifications prepared by the consulting firm CONSULTECNICA S. A.

The winning company will supply all materials, labor, equipment, specialized work, electrical installation, certified structured cabling system, alarm system against theft and assault, CCTV, mechanical systems and all other work necessary to complete the work as defined in the plans, specifications and other documents that form part of the contract.

Tender For BNCR Branch for $4.6 million

Banco Nacional de Costa Rica is putting out to tender the construction of a building for the Liberian branch and site for the regional management of Guanacaste Puntarenas.

The specifications state:

The renovation work to which this contract relates will be made at the site of the current Liberia Branch and Regional Management of Guanacaste Puntarenas, National Bank of Costa Rica, three hundred (300) meters east of the main entrance to Liberia.

The National Bank (Banco Nacional in Spanish) if putting out to tender the refurbishment and expansion of its Agency Building in San Pedro, Montes de Oca.

The remodeling and expansion included in the tender contract is to be carried out in the same building where the Agency currently operates the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, opposite Kennedy Park in San Pedro, San Jose.

Only the Banco Popular plans to open ten new offices, the rest have plans from only one or two openings.

For the banks Nacional BCR, BCT, Lafise and others, it will be a year of moderate growth and their plans will be to participate in new developments or strategic communities.
