The bank aims to improve the efficiency of its services and reduce lines in its branches by extending its payment network, among other measures.

Friday, May 13, 2011

In addition to using debit cards to pay for public and private services in various stores, including supermarkets, customers of BNCR now have the ability to withdraw cash (cashback) in those outlets.

This measure is part of the strategic plan that the bank intends to implement, in order to reduce transaction times and increase the scope of services offered in the country.

A story by Edgar Delgado, in El Financiero notes, "other measures are included in the plan such as efforts to reorganize internal branches which are saturated with clients on specific days and times, the idea would be to carry out some of the tasks in a nearby branch or at different times. "
