They also highlighted the possibility of Guatemalan gastronomic companies investing in Brazil.

The executive director of Zigma and Patris Holding Group, one of the visiting companies, remarked: “we want to be catalysts for good opportunities, and Guatemala has a lot of potential. We are interested in its rich Mayan architecture and culture. Additionally, we want to create jobs in industry and commerce”.

This mission is composed of 12 companies, which engage in various activities related to international commerce: some focus on searching for distributors and commerce facilitators, others on cargo handling paperwork, customs, logistics, insurance and regulation. They have offices in Miami, Hamburg, Shanghai and Guatemala, in addition to Brazil’s major cities. Patris Holding Group is the largest conglomerate of Brazilian international commerce companies.
