Costa Rica: $2.4 million for works at Banco Nacional

The remodeling and expansion included in the tender contract is to be carried out in the same building where the Agency currently operates the Banco Nacional de Costa Rica in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, opposite Kennedy Park in San Pedro, San Jose.

The tender includes all the work necessary for the remodeling and expansion to the full extent described in the construction plans and specifications prepared by the consulting firm Condis.

The winning company will supply all materials, labor, equipment, specialized work, electrical installation, certified structured cabling system, alarm system against theft and assault (cables and wiring), closed circuit television system (cables and wiring) , mechanical systems and all other work necessary to bring the project to completion as defined in the plans, specifications and other documents that form part of the contract.

Date of submission of tenders is 30 May 2011.

BNCR Branch Tender for $ 2.6 million

The National Bank of Costa Rica (BNCR) has put out to tender the construction of a new building in Naranjo.

The new structure will be located on land owned by the National Bank, situated in the canton of Naranjo, Alajuela province, across from the southwest corner of the park.
