Description and technical specifications

POSITION # 1 and only:
Recruitment of 800 hours per month (9600 per year) of consulting services and guidance for developing and maintaining a tax intelligence system.

GENERAL CONCEPTS:
A tax system which will automate business intelligence gathering information in order to advise the tax administration on planning and executionto combat tax avoidance and tax evasion.

OBJECTIVES OF THE PROCUREMENT

General Purpose
- Develop computer software that allows the production of knowledge used to advise the tax authorities in the planning and execution to combat tax avoidance and tax evasion.

Specific Objectives
- Design, program and / or configure software that can produce knowledge that is able to classify, analyze and manage patterns of tax avoidance and evasion.

-Design, schedule and / or configure the collection of data related to contributors from different institutions to compare them with those received from the researchers themselves and those provided by third parties.
- Provide a flexible and configurable query system for tax officials in charge of the audit.
- Develop new tools and knowledge that support the tax office in general.
