The purpose of the tender is to hire the design, manufacture, supply, transportation, engineering design, installation supervision and commissioning, equipment monitoring, protection, metering, self-serving, bank of batteries, chargers, baskets, cables and accessories for the Hydroelectric Plant Toro III.

Expected date of submission of tenders is April 13th, 2011.

The Colon Free Zone has put out to tender the purchase of equipment for the improvement of Stormwater Pumping Stations in the Sector France Field.

According to the specifications of the tender the equipment required includes:

STORMWATER PUMP STATION # 1

Requires three axial flow driven pumps, Worthington type, model 24KLD24, with capacity of 13,000 gallons per minute and dynamic height of 23 feet and capable of handling solids up to 6 inches. The discharge pipe is 24 inches with a flange to attach to the pump.
