Works on expansion of Parque Empresarial del Este and construction of the Cordillera Office Center will begin next year.

In the Calle Blancos area, with a $ 13 million investment, Grupo Montecristo and Garnier y Garnier will begin construction of the second stage of Parque Empresarial del Este.

Scheduled for completion by mid-2010 in Pavas, Cordillera Office Center will be build at a cost of $ 28 million.

"Cordillera Office Center measures about 35,000 M2 of which 14,528 M2 will be used for offices (11 floors)." writes Nacion.com.

Costa Rica: Investment in New Office Buildings

'Terra Oficinas' ("Office Land" in Spanish) and 'Parque Empresarial del Este' ("East Side Business Park") are two new centers in the east of San Jose.

With an investment of more than $100 million, the Parque Empresarial del Este office block will be built on a 90,000 m2 site in the east of the Costa Rican capital, close to the center.
