Cross-Border Business Meetings

Costa Rican companies from the south will hold meetings with their counterparts in Panama.

Companies from the agribusiness in Costa Rica, and from the tourism sector, services, food and agriculture sectors in Panama, will participate in the event organized by the Foreign Trade Promoter (Procomer) and the Joint Development of Competitiveness for the Brunca Region (FODM).

The event will consist of 20-minute meetings in which the companies will share their needs and interests and evaluate the possibilities of doing business in the short or medium term", published La Prensa Libre on its website.

The Trade Promotion Agency will hold its 9th Purchasers Mission from September 7th to 11th.

270 companies from the food industry, agriculture, metal mechanics, construction, among others, will participate in business rounds with 210 companies from 30 countries.

"The retail and wholesale distributors come from countries like Canada, México, Central America and the Caribbean", reported Nacion.com.
