"Final Design for Construction of Drinking Water Treatment Plants in Parita in the province of Herrera and in San Bartolo, in the province of Chiriqui, Panama"
The Republic of Panama has received funding from the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB), to implement a Unified Program for Sustainable Development in the Water and Sanitation Sector in the Provinces, Amending Loan Agreement No. 2025/OC-PN-1 and intends to use a portion of these funds for consulting services contracts. The controlling agency will be the Ministry of the Presidency, via the National Council for Sustainable Development and Program Implementation Coordination Unit.
Consulting firms from IDB member countries, who are specialized in this type of work, are invited to submit expressions of interest to participate in the project. The estimated budget for the consultancy will be $170,000.00 and the duration is four (4) months.

Panama's national institute responsible for drainage and sewers (IDAAN in Spanish) is seeking bidders to carry out improvement works for a regional sewage system.
The sewer project is located in the town of Chitré, south west of the Panamanian capital on the Azurero Peninsula.

The Instituto de Fomento Municipal has put out to tender the construction of fifteen water supply and sanitation projects.
According to the specifications, the tender is for the construction of 15 projects for drinking water storage and basic rural sanitation in the departments of Quiché and Alta Verapaz, event LPI-008, IDB Loan 1469/OC-GU.
