Negotiations started three months ago and concluded this week, Gilbert Porras, general manager of Sava, told La Nacion.com

Sava will hold only representation and marketing of Honda.

"The executive said Sava´s decision to sell aims at "strengthening" the Honda motorcycle unit that remains under the umbrella of the company."
