Five New Hotels to Open in Panama

With a $ 56 million investment, the new projects aim at the business market.

In the area of El Cangrejo, with a $ 10 million investment, a Howard Johnson will be built managed by Fr Consulting, who announced construction of two Hampton Inn, one on Via Argentina and another in the sector of La Boca.

"Another project in the capital city and aimed at the executive market, is the Wyndham Garden, which will begin operations in November." Says Prensa.com

With a $ 13 million investment, Victoria Hotel & Suites plans to open in May 2011.

Inaugurations are planned within the next 36 months.

$12 Million Hotel for Corporate Tourism

The real estate firm Kirebe is to build a Wyndham Garden Hotel in San Jose, Costa Rica.

The new hotel will be located in Escazú, on land adjacent to Play and EPA, and will open its doors in August, according to the plans of the property firm Kirebe, which has previously specialized in residential condominiums.

The hotel will open its doors in 2014 and will have 309 rooms.

Wyndham Hotel Group, which operates the Planet Hollywood hotel brand, announced that it will be located in the financial center of the city and will be operated by the Panamanian RG Hotels.

The hotel will feature two restaurants, meeting rooms, gym, pool, spa and business center on the seafront.
