The Miramar and La Hacienda housing complexes, both located 20 kilometers from the road to the La Libertad port, have brought development to the area and some inhabitants from the surroundings have had the opportunity to obtain direct employment, said Ruth Hasbun, Marketing Manager at the Roble Group. In fact, the company currently employs 140 persons directly for construction as well as for security services and zone maintenance.
Both projects are directed to the middle and upper class segment of the market, and combined, more than 500 families have taken up residence in the projects which are characterized by their harmony and proximity with the natural environment.

The project includes 18 levels with 104 units. It will be located in Zone 14, and its prices will start in $79.000.

"... constructed 100% in concrete, its "H" design will allow all its apartments to have wide windows, saving energy and absorbing wind better, reducing the need for air conditioning", explained Mauricio Barillas, project architect.

Spanish Company Builds in Panama

Via Tertia, present in the country since 2008, will develop "Edén Arraiján," its first real estate project.

The project is characterized by offering "smart homes." There will be three different house models with leading edge technology, located in a gated neighborhood.
