New Call Center Operating in Nicaragua

With a half million Dollars investment, Outbound Factory began operations in Nicaragua.

The company, which sells advertising on Google, expects to hire 70 people this year, increase its payroll to 260 in 2011 and reach 500 in 2013.

Nygart Alexander, chief executive of the company, told Laprensa.com.ni "... in Nicaragua there isn´t enough skilled bilingual personnel, so the company is in the process of training applicants."

Ninoshka Linde, head of Marketing and Recruitment, remarked that they are visiting high schools to explain the benefits of joining the company.

1,000 New Call Center Jobs in Honduras

The company Affiliated Computer Services (ACS) will select the bilingual personnel for its future call center on the 19th and 20th of June.

The event, which is organized by the Foundation for Export Investment and Development (Fide), is in the planning stage for the implementation of this project.

Guatemala: $5 Million in New Call Center

The company has an aggressive expansion plan for the country, which will only be restricted by the availability of bilingual personnel.

V Bharathwaj, company manager, told Prensalibre.com: "... for each direct job, the company could create 4 additional ones in related activities like transportation, maintenance or security, among others".

Costa Rica: Call Center Operations Increases

Language Line Services announced it will double the translation and interpretation services it provides to the United States in the form of 911 calls, legal proceedings in courts, and health services.
