Copa Airlines will inaugurate the new route from San Pedro Sula, Honduras to Bogota, Colombia on February 8th , announced the affiliated company Copa Airlines Colombia.
"These new flights will allow passengers daily arrival to the industrial city, and vice versa from the Colombian capital, after a stopover in Panama," reports LaPrensa.hn."This is good news for the country at a time when it is looking to promote the arrival of tourists and business people as part of an international promotion."
Copa Airlines announced few days ago that four new routes will begin operating in June from Panama: Recife (Brazil), Guanacaste (Costa Rica), Las Vegas (USA) and Curacao (Caribbean).

Copa Airlines has announced that from 18 December 2010 it will begin operating a direct route between Panama and the Caribbean island of St. Martin.
The new flight to St. Martin will depart Panama on Tuesdays and Saturdays at 12:22 pm and arrive at 4:17 pm. The return flight leaves the island on the same days at 5:30 pm, landing in Panama at 7:44 pm.
