ESCAZU Corporate Center
The start of construction of Escazú Corporate Center (ECC), a modern corporate tower of 20.400 m2 and eleven floors, gives birth to the first and most modern multipurpose complex in Costa Rica, working under the free zone regime, which makes the proposal more attractive.
Located west of the capital, the ECC is part of the complex formed by the Multiplaza Mall, the Real InterContinental Hotel & Club Tower and Plaza Roble Corporate Center, an area of growing demand for office space.
The entire project has been conceptualized, developed and managed under the highest standards used by Grupo Roble.
The Corporate Center Escazú will have eleven floors, five of which will be used for parking and 6 for offices, representing about 9.000 m2 of offices, 1.500 m2 per floor.
"The arrival of new companies into the country in telecommunications, insurance and banking has generated a great demand for office space in the west side of the city, which is why the Escazú Corporate Center offers infrastructure combining a modern architectural design and functionality," said Luis Flores, General Manager of Grupo Roble in Costa Rica.
The office complex will have intelligent management, known as BMS (Building Management System), which allows control and monitor of electrical equipment such as ventilation, lighting, electrical systems, fire systems and water systems security. On average 80% of the facade of the tower is glass and using technology "Low E" system which repels UV rays allowing much of the solar radiation not to pass through the glass, minimizing energy use for cooling the facilities. The structure is metal, which decreases construction time in about two or three months, saving resources and costs.
