New Real Estate Projects by Inversiones Bolívar

The Salvadoran company has three new projects in El Salvador, where it will build housing and divide entire areas into lots.

Inversiones Bolívar projects comprise 469 blocks. Diego de Sola, CEO, announced that while the projects haven't started yet, everything is planned and en route.

An article in Elsalvador.com details the projects: "'Condado del Bosque' will be built in San Miguel, and plans 6.000 homes in 220 blocks, with 250 homes in the first stage. ... 'Valle del Angel', to be located in Apopa, consists of 185 blocks divided into lots, 'for developers to build their own homes'. ... The third project, 'Condado de Santa Rosa', is to be located in Santa Tecla, with 1.200 homes being planned".

The project includes basic services, roads, areas for residences and commercial and recreational developments.

It is located in La Chorrera district and investment in infrastructure is estimated at $120 million.

To date, 20% of its total available area has been sold, said Ramón Arias, Project Director, who added that "this can't be seen as an urbanization, as it really is a city".

The Miramar and La Hacienda housing complexes, both located 20 kilometers from the road to the La Libertad port, have brought development to the area and some inhabitants from the surroundings have had the opportunity to obtain direct employment, said Ruth Hasbun, Marketing Manager at the Roble Group.

New 'Home for Everyone' Projects

El Salvador's 'Casa para Todos' scheme supported by president Mauricio Funes will be relaunched on 9 September with five new projects.

With financing coming from the People's Housing Fund (Fonavipo) and the Social Housing Fund (FSV) the five new projects will provide 942 homes for which construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.

Honduras: $25 Million Investment in Real Estate Project

The first 21-floor tower of the development “325 Rio de Piedras” from Inversiones Bolivar will be completed by June of 2009.

With a $25 million investment, the construction of the Torre Sur, the first of two towers in the complex “325 Rio Piedras,” is planned to be completed in mid-2009. Currently, 65% of the luxury apartments in the tower have been sold.
