Pacific Plaza Health Begins Construction

The fist phase of Pacific Health and Living, a visionary health project for the Guanacaste Region, with over 20 hectares, is already underway thanks to the participation of E3 Corp Investment Banking, in charge of financing and capital structure.

Pacific Plaza Health and Living, once completed, will be a world-class "health care campus", totally auto-sufficient and integrated, comprising, under the same master plan, health, commerce, residential and hotel components. The plan expands for 22.2 hectares, strategically located 10 minutes away from Daniel Oduber International Airport.

Private Hospitals in Guanacaste

Despite the economic crisis, they are going ahead with the decision to build 3 hospitals in the province of Guanacaste.

Cima Hospital plans to start building its Guanacaste headquarters in early 2010 and finish it in the second quarter of 2011. Documentation has already been submitted to SETENA for this project.

Cima to build new hospital in Costa Rica

The Cima Hospital is building a new medical center in Guanacaste which it expects to be ready at the start of 2011.

The hospital will be located at the entrance of the Pacific Plaza, a commercial and health complex which will include homes where medical tourists (those who are operated on or receive treatment at Cima) can stay.
