It is located in La Chorrera district and investment in infrastructure is estimated at $120 million.

To date, 20% of its total available area has been sold, said Ramón Arias, Project Director, who added that "this can't be seen as an urbanization, as it really is a city".

New 'Home for Everyone' Projects

September 2010

El Salvador's 'Casa para Todos' scheme supported by president Mauricio Funes will be relaunched on 9 September with five new projects.

With financing coming from the People's Housing Fund (Fonavipo) and the Social Housing Fund (FSV) the five new projects will provide 942 homes for which construction is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.

“Inmobiliaria Spectrum” Invests $70 Million in Guatemala

The real estate development company will invest in 5 housing projects and a shopping mall in Zone 18, Guatemala City.

The residential projects will be started on mid-2010, and will be located in the metropolitan area of Guatemala City. They will require between $25 and $30 million to be developed.
