Panamá Pacífico excels all expectations in Expocomer 2010

Panamá Pacífico with thousands of interested visitors to its stand in Expocomer 2010, not only offered the Key Note speech of thursday, but launched the residential phase of this great development on the banks of the Panama Canal
During the recently concluded Expocomer 2010, organized by the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, March 3 to 7, Panama Pacífico had a very significant participation by becoming one of the main sponsors of the exhibition event; on Thursday 4, PANAMA PACIFICO became the epicenter of all the attention when it delivered the Keynote Address PANAMA PACIFICO: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS HUB AND A PLANNED COMMUNITY, where more than 400 executives filled the Teatro La Huaca to hear the benefits and advantages of establishing their business this development center, located on the banks of the Panama Canal.

As he introduced the executives who delivered the lecture, the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture of Panama, Adolfo Linares, highlighted the advances that the master developer has been showing in what once was an air base of the U.S., and expressed his full conviction that the issues raised and produced by the master developer London & Regional Panama (L&RP), reaffirms the confidence that the Chamber over which he presides, is in this company.
Marcelino de Leon, Deputy Administrator of The Economic Area Agency Panama Pacífico (AAEEPP), highlighted the historical milestones that mark the beginning of operations of this new development center in West Panama, and the benefits offered by the Law 41 of 2004 and the services the agency provides to the companies who are established in this Special Economic Zone.
L&RP Communications Officer, Juan B. McKay, shared a list of companies already established in PANAMA PACIFICO and the experiences of some of them in this area. Also showed the progress that has been achieved in infrastructure, the flexible use warehouses and the office buildings located in the International Business Park and the progress of the construction of new warehouses in the Pan America Corporate Center.
McKay also unveiled the new residential areas that had just been launched, as are the Condominium Soleo and the group of Uni family housing called Nativa, made up of houses and duplexes, with the best finishes and specifications.
Once finished, the Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture, offered a toast which served as a platform so that participants organized an impromptu session of questions and answers that led to the following day, several business groups to visit the facilities Panama Pacific.
Thousands of people visited the PANAMÁ PACÍFICO stand, where they received detailed information about the investment opportunities they have both in the commercial area, promoting the International Business Park (IBP), as well as the residential areas where Town Center had a starring role, all of which were very well received by the public.
