Panama: Power Transmission Line Tender for $13.4 million

According to the specifications the tender is for the supply and construction of a 115kV transmission line Santa Rita Chagres and a 230 KV Panama line .

The approval meeting is scheduled for October 28th , 2011 at Avenida Ricardo J. Alfaro, Sun Towers Mall Building, above the National Bank of Panama (Tower B), 1st. Floor, Local 48 (ETESA Meeting Room).

Deadline for submission of proposals is November 9, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The Electric Transmission Company of Panama (ETESA), is putting out to tender the delivery and construction of transmission lines for the Colon Phase II project.

The announcement was made by the deputy of the state, Leonardo Deras, who added that the specifications also include the construction of additional substations in the country.

Panama Tenders Construction Works for $4 million

The Electricity Transmission Company is tendering works on two electrical substations.

The contract includes civil works, supplies, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and structures for the enlargement of the 230KV and 115 KV yards in the substation Chorrera and 230kV and 115 KV yards in substation Llano Sánchez.

The Electricity Transmission Company has put out a tender for construction works on Substation Chorrera and Substation Sáchez Llano.

The contract includes the construction of extensions to the 230kV and 34KV yards at Substation Chorrera and the 230kV and 115kV yards at Substation Sáchez Llano.
