According to the tender specifications:
l. This solicitation is issued as a result of the General Procurement Notice for this Project which appeared in Development Business, issue no IDB4I9-750/09.
2. The Ministry of Housing and Land Management invites contractors with three (3) years or more experience in the supply of materials, labor, equipment, management, implementation, and installation of sanitary units for housing, connecting houses to the sanitation system, cleaning and pipe inspection using cameras, and improvements and repairs to buildings, to submit sealed bids for the "supply of materials, equipment and labor for the completion of infrastructure works and construction in Barrio Villa Maria ".
The timescale for delivery of the building is four months.
3. Bidding will be conducted according to the National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rules established in the publication by the Inter-American Development Bank entitled "Policies for the Procurement of Goods and Works financed by the Interamerican Development Bank (IDB)," and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries as defined in the Bidding Documents.

5. Established requirements include criteria on Eligibility, Equipment, Financial and Claims History, Company Experience, and Qualified Personnel. Under the criterion ‘Company Experience’, consideration will only be given to those companies with three (3) or more years of experience who have been prime contractors in infrastructure of a similar nature in recent years have had at least three (3) contracts for amounts of not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($ 200 thousand).
