Like the previous centre put out for tender, this centre aims to meet the need for trained staff required by multinationals operating in the Panama Pacific Special Economic Area.
The center will be attended by technicians training for industrial welding, electricity, robotics, telecommunications, technology, computer science, English, electronics and refrigeration.
According to an article in Press review.com: "The director of Inadeh, Themistocles Rosas, explained that the budget includes the purchase of latest generation simulators for training gantry crane operators (required by the ports), simulators for cargo handling cranes and simulators for training in different types of forklift trucks. The project includes building clearance, because the property is currently in deterioration, as well as academic programs, training of trainers and a mentoring service to ensure the training's effectiveness. "
