Sun Rich Fresh Foods, of Canadian origin, focuses on high quality fresh fruit products in different presentations. These products are experiencing great demand, so Sun Rich is looking for pineapple suppliers to back their expansion plans in Canada and the United States.
The company is already a major buyer of pineapple in Costa Rica, and is looking to diversify its supply network.
The agenda of the mission is being coordinated by CentralAmericaData.COM, with pineapple producers and authorities. The company’s executives will meet with the Minister of Commerce and Industries, Ricardo Quijano, with authorities from the Ministry of Agricultural Development and with the largest pineapple growers and exporters.
The mission will tour the main pineapple packing plants and plantations in Chiriquí and Capira.
