A press release from the Ministry of Economy and Finanzas reads:
With the aim of fostering and promoting the sale of properties in the reverted areas, the Management Unit for Reverted Property at the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) will participate in Expo Inmobilia ACOBIR 2012 from 1st to 5th February at the ATLAPA convention center .
In February, the MEF will auction 12 properties, 8 of which are located in areas of Ancon, Balboa, Clayton and Los Llanos de Curundu in Panama and in the Atlantic: Arco Iris and Espinar, province of Colon. The initial offers ranging from B / 44,583.12 to B /1,294,561.00.
The MEF invites all interested local and foreign investors to acquire property in these areas adjacent to the Panama Canal, and take the opportunity to receive information on valuable real estate, surrounded by nature, and which will be awarded to the highest bidder by public auction.
ACOBIR Inmobilia Expo 2012 is an annual event that brings together real estate companies and housing development projects in Panama. The extensive range of offers and services in the sector will be presented to the public in one place.

Two lots located in Albrook and Los Llanos de Curundú will be auctioned by the Administrative Unit of Reverted Areas at the Ministry of Economy and Finance in the last week of February.

The properties to be auctioned in November are located in the provinces of Panama and Colon.
The auction will be conducted by the Administrative Unit of Reverted (UABR) of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
The properties are located in Pedro Miguel and Albrook, Panama, and three in the area of David, in Colon.

The Administrative Unit of Reverted Properties (UABR in Spanish), part of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, is to sell four properties previously owned by the USA.
The lots are located in Altos de Curundú, Quarry Heigths, La Boca and Farfán and will be offered with start prices ranging from $37,000 to $1.6 million.
March 2012
Three plots located in Davis and Albrook, in the provinces of Colón and Panama respectively, will be auctioned to the highest bidder by the Reverted Property Unit.
