The specifications state:
The renovation work to which this contract relates will be made at the site of the current Liberia Branch and Regional Management of Guanacaste Puntarenas, National Bank of Costa Rica, three hundred (300) meters east of the main entrance to Liberia.
This contract comprises all the necessary works for the demolition of existing buildings and construction of buildings for the Branch and Regional Management Office Guanacaste Liberia with the full scope described in the construction plans and technical specifications developed by the consulting company, CONSULTORÍA Y DISEÑOS, S.A. (CONDISA).
The winning company will supply all materials, labor, equipment, skilled labor, electrical and mechanical systems, certified structured cabling system, anti theft and assault alarm system, closed circuit television and all other mechanical systems work needed to make the finished work as defined in the plans, specifications and other documents that form part of the contract.
