The project is located in the historic center of San Salvador, between 4th and 6th South Avenue and 4th and 6th East Street, where the " Plaza de los Relojeros" (Watchmaker’s Square) is currently situated, with about 800 watch repair and sale stalls in a 6500 m2 area.

The aim of the procurement is to develop a complex of buildings devoted to retail, requiring the development of construction plans in line with the conceptualization of the architectural design previously developed by the municipality.

Inquiries may be made until August 12, and bids must be submitted on 1 September.
