The corporation has begun the process of rebranding all of its supermarkets in the region.
In the next weeks consumers will start seeing the changes, as the corporation announced that the modifications will take place in the short term, while not detailing the specific changes that will be made.
Marco Cuevas, corporate affairs manager at WalMart Guatemala, noted that the company will execute this update in several phases, including brand changes and modifications to the shelves.

As part of its rebranding policies, the home appliances network will now be called Grupo Monge.
It owns 355 stores in Central America under several brands: El Gallo más Gallo, Monge, Play, El Verdugo and Almacenes Prado.

The operator of International Airport Juan Santamaría changed its name to Aeris Holdings.
The announcement was made by Carlos Plass, Aeris' new executive director in a press release: "... the new partners not only wanted to, but also needed to change the former name...".

Central America’s top business, economics and finance web portal recovers its name and original brand, and is named CentralAmericaData.COM again.
This is because of the agreement with Summa Media Group ceased, under which this company marketed the site’s advertising portfolio. From now on, CentralAmericaData.COM will commercialize its own product portfolio once again.

In short, Financia in Costa Rica and Banco Financia (BMF) in Panama will begin to use the Guatemalan financial company’s brand.
Both companies were already part of the G&T Continental Financial Group which is now completing the formalities to change the name with the respective supervisory authorities in Costa Rica and Panama.
