Representatives of the Salvadoran Association of Industrialists (ASI), the Chamber of Textile and Clothing Industry of El Salvador (CAMTEX) and the Salvadoran Association of the Plastics Industry (ASIPLASTIC) have announced that the 7th Industrial Exhibition entitled "Investment Development and Competitiveness " will run from 5 to 7 October at the International Center for Fairs and Conventions CIFCO.

From 2 to 5 August the 21st edition of Expo Calzado will take place in the Industrial Park.

The industrial trade fair in Guatemala conducted 1,120 business meetings in which deals worth $100 million were struck.
The figure exceeded the $15 million originally expected by its organizer, the Guatemalan Chamber of Industry, and it was visited by 8,000 people, 2,000 more than expected.

The results of the Induexpo trade fair were unexpected. The company Campus Corp, one of the exhibitors at the event, announced a $1 million investment for the distribution of $9 fans.

The Chamber of Industry of Guatemala will hold the industrial fair from the 21st to the 24th of June at the Industrial Park.
The organizers aim to engage 10.000 businessmen and to enhance the attractiveness of the region from the industrial perspective.
Arturo Zimeri, from the Chamber of Industries of Guatemala, noted that the event will showcase the value of each country's industry from a regional perspective. This includes the participation of the Federation of Central American Industry Chambers (FECAICA), which will explain the benefits of a regional industrial sector.
